How it works: 

Order a 5lb or 10lb bag of fully cooked Downtown Dipp online. Once it arrives, heat according to the provided warming instructions and serve as desired.  


Our Process:

Every cup or pan of my signature dip is made-to-order with fresh ingredients to guarantee the quality and taste. We take pride in our process of preserving your food the right way to ensure that it as expected.

Your order is prepared, cooked, cooled/frozen packaged and shipped within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Your order is expedited via FedEx and will arrive within 3-6 days of being shipped.


Here’s how it works:

Step 1- Confirmation & Preparation: Once your order has been confirmed, we prepare to make your order with fresh ingredients in our commercial kitchen.

Step 2 - Cooled and Sealed: Once your order is fully cooked, it has to be carefully cooled, packaged and frozen before it’s shipped.

Step 3 - Packaged with Coolant: Your order then arrives at the distribution warehouse for packing it carefully in it’s shipping box and kept cold with several packages of coolant to ensure it stays cold during the shipping process.  Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification with your Fex Ex tracking number.

Step 4 - Scanned & Shipped: FedEx scans and picks up your order and ships it to your destination. If your order total came to be more than $80.00 (including tax), a signature may be required.
